We are a private billing clinic, meaning all consultations and treatments attract a fee.

Fees are payable on the day by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.

Unfortunately, accounts are not able be given and we appreciate full payment of fees on the day of consultation/treatment.

Sanctum Medical is a busy practice and our appointments are in high demand.

This Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure fairness to both patients who are kept waiting for appointments due to a seemingly “full” appointment book as well as our doctors who are striving to meet the demand for their services.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that at times appointments need to be changed. Under this cancellation policy, our doctors, nurses and therapists appreciate your co-operation as below:

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice, prior to your scheduled appointment time, is required for cancellation or rescheduling appointments
  • Patients not attending or cancelling their appointment on the day of their scheduled appointment time will be charged a non-attendance fee
  • The non- attendance fee for a standard appointment is $50
  • Please note no subsequent appointments will be booked until the non-attendance fee is settled

Fees are charged automatically. If you feel you have extra-ordinary or emergency circumstances please notify us in writing and our management will give your matter due consideration.

We ask for your assistance and adherence to our cancellation policy to help us provide a better service to our patients.


We understand that delays can happen however we must try to keep the other patients and doctors on time. If a patient is 15 minutes past their scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment.
